Cozy Nail Spa Albany

This was my third visit to Cozy Nail Spa, and I wanted to share an honest experience. I’m very easygoing and not picky, but the pricing needs to be more transparent. The prices posted are not what’s being charged. When I asked, I was told it’s due to “new pricing” and that they’re waiting for new signs. On top of that, my daughter received essentially the same service she had a few weeks ago and it was $10 more this time, which felt inconsistent and uncomfortable. I do want to give credit where it’s due — Allen did my daughter’s Christmas-themed red and green nails and they came out really cute. He was patient and did a nice job with the design. Unfortunately, my French gel manicure was not thorough. There was still dirt under my nails, white polish left on my cuticles, and the cuticle work itself was minimal. I don’t mind paying, but I expect a clean, standard manicure without having to ask for basics. It’s disappointing because the first two visits were good, which is why I came back. I hope this was just an off day, but attention to detail and consistent pricing really matter.

I had a great time at Cozy Nail Spa! Sam worked on my gel manicure and pedicure and did a great job. He was attentive to detail and did it all in good time. I appreciate the fact that they open new tools in front of you to use, very hygienic! I also really enjoyed their massage chairs. I asked Sam to do a cute design of his choosing and he did some cute hearts. Overall, great experience! Edit: went back and had Fiona work on me and Sam did this fun design

Love love love my nails. I’m newish to the area, and have had the same nail tech forever 10 years. Called earlier in the day, and made an appt for noon. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The salon itself is very open, and very well organized as far as desks go. Very pretty decor, and they had Sza playing the whole time which is 1000% my vibe. Wanted tortoiseshell and green nails for my upcoming 30th birthday next week, and am always nervous asking for designs/styles. Sam NAILED it, and was very kind and asked if I was okay with the shape/colors before he went full in. Definitely will be booking again! Thank you Sam :)

This is a lovely spa! I dropped in and had a great appointment. Hailey was very detailed in the nail care and painting. She made sure it looked perfect. The spa is very clean, with great new massage chairs. It’s well priced as well. Gel manicure and gel pedicure was $80 plus tip. I’d highly suggest!

Went here like 3 weeks ago, and Eric did my nails. This is my first time doing my nails here and I really like it! The store is very clean and bright! I had a good experience here. Will come back again. After 2 weeks, these still look pretty good. Went there second time to do my nails, and Joe did a great job! Recommended!!!👍🏻
