Classy Nails & Spa o'fallon mo

I live close to this salon and they’re always friendly but be careful because they aren’t very accommodating. Recently I got a full set done with chrome on top and I was charged $85!!!!! So $100 with tip. The polish is already chipping and when I left the salon the chrome was already flaking off. Usually I would go back and get them fixed but anytime I’ve gone back they seem frustrated to fix anything. Also $20 up charge for chrome is ridiculous. Chrome dust is $5 on Amazon and it takes 5 extra minutes MAX to apply. If it was a luxury spa I’d understand, but that’s just highway robbery at a basic nail salon. So I paid $100 for not very good chrome nails that are already chipping 3 days later. I’ve heard Voncii nail bar is great, definitely will be trying them next time.

Ken took amazing care of me and my nails! The whole team at Classy Nails is awesome! I will recommend anyone and everyone to go! This place will be the only place I will ever go to get my nails done. Ken and his team are incredibly talented!!!

I don’t leave reviews often but I feel this salon goes above and beyond and truly deserves it 👌 I have been going to this salon for a couple years now. Here and there I step away due to my time off and convenience. Two weeks ago I went on my lunch break to get my nails done close to work. After a week my nails were lifting terribly and 1.5 weeks later they were popping off. Today I had a chance to stop back in to classy nails and Ken took the best care of me. My nails were back to the shape I love and the customer service was top notch. I have to give a shout out to Lana as well since she is always on point too! 10/10 would recommend!

I have been going to Classy Nails for many years. They do a great job and I have always received excellent service. One of the things I LOVE about Classy Nails is if you make an appointment you can guarantee they will be ready for you when you walk in the door or in just few minutes. I have been to many other nail salons in the past that except every walk-in that comes in and even though I have a set appointment am treated like a walk in and have to wait because they decided to squeeze someone in and now appointments are pushed back as much as 30-40 minutes. I am a busy professional and make appointments to avoid waiting and wasting my time. I would highly recommend Classy nails. Ken is my technician and I love the services I have received. but everyone is extremely friendly!
