2025-05-23Sent kyli pics of my desired look, and spent 125$ to get a Mohawk of highlights and no red like the pic. Her team and her responded with “if you curl it it’ll look like the pic” it’s brown, not read, will add pics of what I asked for and what I got. I never leave bad reviews but WOW. Don’t waste your money.

2023-12-11Ariel Fletcher I came in for a blonde with a shadow root. Instead of putting the ash shadow root color on my roots it was put all over my head. This took two and a half hours. At which time I had to go pick up my kid and really didn’t have more time to fix the issue very well. I came back and she did a bleach bath on my ends. I looked like a calico cat. I ended up having to spend an additional 65 to get it manageable before the holidays. She ghosted me when I asked for a partial refund. I am a new mom and really didn’t have the money to spend but thought I would treat myself before my first Christmas with my baby. Now I am $200 in the hole and my hair is damaged and looks bad. I would not recommend.
