Audra gave me a great haircut. My hair is a little tricky due to being both wavy and curly and she did an excellent job with my long, angled bob. Not many stylists have gotten it right, but she did. The cut flatters my face and the technique she used allows the waves and curls to look good in the humidity, but not get frizzy. Everyone who works there is very friendly and the customer service is great.

I recently had a massage with Allie, and overall, it was just okay. I should have listened to the previous mixed reviews she had because my experience aligned with many of the same concerns. The highlight was definitely the work she did on my shoulders—that’s where I carry most of my tension, and she did a great job in that area. Unfortunately, the rest of the session fell short. There was no actual facial massage—just a roller lightly passed over my face. She didn’t touch key areas like the jaw or around the ears. The scalp massage was mediocre, and the flow of the massage felt off. She started at my feet instead of my head, which meant she had to stop and wash her hands before moving to my face—but honestly, her hands never actually touched my face, so that ended up being unnecessary. Her movements felt rushed and abrupt rather than calming and intentional. Throughout the session, she also kept stopping to pop her fingers, which was distracting and took away from the relaxation I was hoping for. I understand this line of work is hard on the hands, and I appreciate the effort, but aside from the shoulder work, the experience didn’t meet my expectations.

I have had many deep tissue messages by multiple licensed massage therapist but Allie was absolute top tier. My first initial impression was that she was very professional and polite. This is personal preference but during a massage I do like to converse a little with the therapist. Alley was very good at letting me direct the conversation but yet relax and enjoy when needed. During the message, all the lights were off and just candles were burning which enhanced relaxation creating a very calming atmosphere. I had a few problem areas, especially on my both of my shoulders. Immediately after targeting the troubled areas, I felt less tense. Most of the time after receiving a deep tissue massage I usually have to roll my shoulders around to see if the tension and tightness has improved. After Alley‘s massage, I did not even have to move around. I immediately felt relief. I do like pretty intense firm pressure during my message. Her pressure was perfect and custom to my needs. I feel like Allie can read body language very well and determine if more pressure or lighter pressure is needed. Allie targeted the outer aspects of my feet and the backside of my heels which most therapist tend to skip over. She was excellent at targeting the areas on my hands between the small bones in the hands. She even found a small knot in my left hand and worked it out. Alley gave a wonderful face and scalp massage that was excellent. She was very considerate to make sure to ask whether I was tender headed or not. She even got areas in front and behind my ears, which absolutely felt amazing. There are many different instruments that she used during the time of my face and scalp massage that felt incredible. When it came time to flip over, she did apply some essential oils close to the headrest to help with relaxation. Normally, when I go for a massage, my glutes are very tight. Allie worked this trouble area very well to ensure comfort but also to alleviate the pain that was coming from these trigger points. Anyone needing massage therapy services, I 10 out of 10 recommend Allie. She also does Prenatal messages as well.

My mom never made an appointment with them and they still charged her $150 for a "cancellation" fee. She tried to get a refund but all they did was run away and never do anything about it nor have a conversation with her about it. Even if there was an appointment made a cancellation fee would only be 50% of it and they charged her for a whole other appointment she never made. Terrible service.

I had an essential facial today done by Parrish. Firstly, she listened to my areas of concern and because of her knowledge we concluded that the skin/face issues I was using may be been due to some OTC products to “moisturizing”.. she was careful and considerate when it came to references and concerns and gave me a lot of advice on my skin care journey. The facial itself was absolutely amazing, I left relaxed, refreshed, and glowing! 10/10 recommend Parrish to anyone needing a fresh new face or just a relaxing day to get away from everyday stresses
