2025-09-151st photo is what I got, 2nd is what I asked for. Too short and kept thinning out. Only looked at picture once and I sled before we started can you do this style? Yes. You have people working for you that don’t listen. I was willing to give you a second chance, you don’t learn. Please listen to your customers I suggest you go somewhere else if you’re a lady

2025-08-26The job got done tho after needing to go back in to get a touch up right after I walked out and looked in my car mirror. Due to the lady who waxed my eyebrows failed to have me take out my eyebrow ring and so there were strays and needed a couple more plucks and pulls.. could use a little more of a warm welcoming when entering to receive services and upon leaving especially when mistakes are made..
