Pep's Barber Shop & Salon

I'm bad at planning, so I made a last minute decision to see who was open on a Sunday for a quick haircut before the holidays. They are not open on Sundays but I saw the open sign on, so I peaked my head in, asked if they had time to get me in, I didn't even have to wait. With in a few minutes into the hair cut the owner mentioned everything today was free, and they where giving out hair cuts to any one who needed them. Long story short. This was an amazing thing to do for the community. Nothing speaks more then helping others out. I was a first time customer and I know I'll be back in the future.

The customer service is great. My son and I have always felt welcomed. And we have been going to pep's for 8 years now! But my sons barber Juan. AMAZING! Any idea we have he makes it come to life. My son loves going to him because he can talk with him and he feel comfortable and doesn't move around to much and that's because my son has ADHD. I've also have had my hair done by Carlena. Amazing work!! When I sit in her chair she makes it feel like home!

Ashley was absolutely phenomenal! She’s kind, personable, and her overall customer service skills are impeccable! Will be returning in the future!

The customer service was really good. It was good talking to hairstyles/barber. What i had gotten this kind of messy fringe, with shaved sides. It was good, but a little too short because it was a bit unblance and need a little touch up. I give it 4.5/5.

Wonderful place if you have a special needs child to take too. I was told to ask for Juan specifically and he did so well with my son that my son wasn’t over whelmed or panicked. The manager Ashley has a very kind heart for people in the situations of family members with special needs. The place is nicely lit and the music wasn’t blaring loud. Highly recommend.
