Juut Salonspa

I had the most amazing experience at JUUT Roseville. My colorist lillyan is so Detail Oriented and thorough as well as patient and kind. My stylist Esther knows my hair better than anyone. Both did a spectacular job and will be my hair girls for life. I was made so comfortable when getting my hair shampooed, I was even offered a blanket. Not only was I so comfortable but my hair turned out amazing. Going from red hair and bangs to blonding and layers is not an easy process but they have mastered corrections and made my transition the best. I had such a day maker experience thanks to Sara, Kendra, Lillyan, and Esther.

Supporting Juut Since I Was 15 I’ve been getting my haircut with Faye for about three years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Every visit is consistently excellent. Faye has a real talent for men’s hair — especially when it comes to creating a more sophisticated, textured look. She always brings a unique, thoughtful approach to each cut, and I walk out feeling confident every single time.

Nema restored my faith in stylists. I had some serious trauma due to a bleach job gone wrong and was terrified to step foot in a salon again. She did a fantastic job on my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and did better than I had hoped. I will definitely be back! :)

Update: I was eventually able to connect with the manager, and she was great. She was able to refund my cut (and offered a free cut at the salon - but I’d already had it fixed). I left the conversation hopeful the stylist would get some additional training since Juut is obviously a high end salon and no one goes there thinking they might get a bad cut! I am so unhappy with my cut - to the point I can’t even wear my hair down because it is so uneven. I scheduled a cut with a stylist who was super nice and friendly, but I booked a 60 minute appointment and it took an hour and 45 minutes. At first, I was just frustrated because my hair was longer than I wanted and the stylist didn't thin it as much as I asked them to. Additionally, I wasn't shown the back before leaving. I didn't press it because it was already so late. However, I realized the issues were more serious when I washed and blow dried it for the first time. The back was horribly uneven (see picture). My husband had to cut some of the super long strands, but the back of the cut still looks so choppy and not at all what I wanted. I sent a text to the salon via their website twice asking about the possibility of a complimentary fix with a master stylist to fix this, but never heard back from the salon, which is just as disappointing as the problematic cut! I am sure this is not a common experience, but I am unlikely to ever go back to Juut.

My entire experience was wonderful! I saw Erin for hair color. She’s incredible! We chatted about what I wanted-she listened, looked at my inspiration pics and had great feedback. My color turned out fabulous! I saw Courtney for my hair cut. She made me laugh throughout my hair appointment and cut my hair, that often has a mind of its own, beautifully!
