I have been getting my nails done for years, and I can honestly say this was the worst fill I’ve ever had. The first red flag was the check-in process. I was required to sign a form stating that “you cannot ask for a refund if the nails aren’t what you expect or want,” and that “the nail technician will do their best to achieve your vision.” Lol what? I have never signed a form like that in any salon I’ve visited. This clearly indicates an attempt to protect themselves from accountability for subpar work. I was searching for a new salon, but I now know this is not the one for me. Half of my cuticles on my left hand were cut so bad that I needed to Band-Aid them up to stop the bleeding. On fresh nails! Despite pulling away a couple of times, I continued to be cut and burned, receiving only a “sorry” in response each time. On my right hand, the nail polish does not fully cover the nail; there are still spots of acrylic visible, even after I requested twice that they paint the entire nail. I left a review through the text link provided after my appointment, but I received no response. Is this link for show, or do you genuinely care about your guests' feedback? To add to my disappointment, one week later, the gel on two of my nails has begun to peel off. I paid $57.00 for this service, and it seems I received the quality that matches the price. A reputable salon typically charges $70-$80+ and you are unlikely to encounter nearly as many issues. Overall, this was an extremely unfortunate visit, and I am not impressed.

I would like to start off by saying that I booked an appointment with the intention of not being rushed. My set of acrylics were definitely rushed because of two walk-in customers. My French tips were done very sloppy. The end result is ugly to look at. If the artist could not do them they should’ve just said that to begin with. I always try my best to handle upsetting situations with grace. I did mention I didn’t like them and all I heard was silence. - I also got a pedicure with Xay, she was very thorough in her job. She was very kind and sweet. My pedicure is amazing. If I had to rate on just her alone, I would give Xay 5 stars. I will be coming back for a pedicure with Xay. Unfortunately, I no longer wish to get my set of acrylic nails here again. Technique definitely needs improvement and I hope it does for the sake of other paying customers.

Came in wanting gel on my natural nails, was talked into getting “gel builder” which was $25 more so $75 and was told they’d last 3-4 weeks and it’s been barely over a week and they’re lifting from my natural nail. Additionally I still have scabs around my nails from how rough the shaping was, which was actually pretty painful during. My cuticles were also significantly grown out and instead of taking care of them they were just pushed back and look really bad. Usually love this place but pretty disappointed with paying more for nails that aren’t lasting longer than the scabs I received during them. After years of coming here I’m thinking I may need to find a new spot that doesn’t have such rushed service that ends up not living up to their old standards.

I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. My nail technician was Steven and despite how busy he is, paid meticulous attention to every detail. Pricing was reasonable and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would really recommend this cute shop!

I’ve been here many times over the last few years and have always had a great experience. But after today I will never go back. I had an appointment at 11am and they must have been overbooked so I waited almost 30 minutes to start my appointment and then ended up having to switch techs and the manager did my nails. He was very distracted the whole time and messed up multiple times. I had to correct him on what polish or bottle to use because he couldn’t remember. Multiple of my fingers started bleeding. The nails were not filed down or shaped properly (I asked for oval and half of them look like circles), and each nail looks very uneven and different from the one next to it. It took 2 hours for the entire appointment and they did not even turn out. I will be getting these redone somewhere else tomorrow.
