I booked an appointment impulsively after debating going back to my natural hair color for a long time! I have been blonde for long, so I was pretty nervous about this change, especially since I haven't been my natural hair color in five years! I booked with Lexi and she was amazing!! She listened to what I wanted, made me feel totally comfortable, and the end result turned out even better than I imagined, hands down my favorite coloring yet! I left the salon feeling so happy with the color, she did such an amazing job!! I will definitely be back! :)

The salon is really nice - I had never been there before. We moved from the Edina area this year and I found my new salon. I’m so happy.

Betsy is an incredibly talented stylist and my go-to for all my hair care needs! She truly listens to what you want and executes it perfectly, while also offering creative suggestions to bring your vision to life. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain the process and ensures you feel cared for throughout the entire appointment. I've had my hair done by her multiple times, and each time it turns out even better than the last. Betsy's kindness and genuine care make the experience even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

I came in to get my bangs fixed with Lexi and the experiences was very unpleasant. She rushed through my appointment and I left after 10min with my bangs sticking straight off my forehead. I didn’t ask her to fix it because of how much she was rushing and went to a different salon to get them fixed right after. I was disappointed that she rushed because she had asked me to move my appointment back for her convince and didn’t even thank me when I agreed. After my appointment I was sent a message asking for a review so I gave my honest feedback. Lexi then reached out to my cell number to argue my review and tell me she only rushed because I was late (only 4min and had let her know beforehand). I think the whole thing was very unprofessional and she gave off very mean girl vibes. I wouldn’t recommend this salon, at least not Lexi as the stylist.

I had such a wonderful experience today! The stylist was so prompt and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease right away. She gave me different options to choose from, and I loved the suggestions she offered. The result was beyond my expectations—I walked out feeling like I had just stepped out of a magazine. I’m so satisfied with my hair and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!
