Princess and Diva Spa Fun Shop

We are from out of town and brought the family to Mall of America for my daughters birthday. We saw this place and knew she had to get a Princess Spa day. We called and ended up having to book for the next day because they were all booked up! Which was no problem we had a hotel and just decided to stay a little longer the next day than planned. It was totally worth it. She had SOOOOO much fun! Got her make up done, fingers and toes. She had an amazing time! Tons of photo ops and the staff was so nice. Great experience!!

We traveled to the MOA as a Birthday trip for our daughter and was recommended for her to experience the Princess Diva Shop, and it did not disappoint! We were immediately greeted by Sueda who welcomed us in to start our daughter’s pampering journey. The robe and crown were beautiful touches. She did a great job on her nails, and she even got to make her own nail polish! Sueda was so friendly, professional and very engaging with us! The entire experience was really fun! I’m glad she got the opportunity to get the Princess treatment at the Spa!

During a recent visit to the Mall of America, I stopped by the Princess and Diva Spa Fun Shop and was impressed by its magical kids vibe. With tall pink throne chairs, illuminated foot tubs, and services like manicures, facials, and fairy dust makeup, it’s the perfect spot for a royal pampering session. My daughter wasn’t with me this time, but if she was, she would have absolutely loved getting her nails done and being pampered in the tall pink thrones!

We’ve come to this spa every year for my daughter’s birthday, but sadly, this will be our last visit. The overall experience has gone downhill, and I left feeling disappointed—especially for what’s supposed to be a special day for little girls. From the moment we checked in, the staff was cold and unwelcoming. They all stood clustered around a small desk with no enthusiasm or warm greetings. There was no excitement or sense of occasion, which is surprising for a place geared toward celebrating children. An employee handed my daughter a cheap beaded necklace with no fanfare. It felt rushed and impersonal. In previous years, there was a dedicated photo area with a cute backdrop, robes, and tiaras—little details that made the experience magical. Now, that’s all been reduced to a cramped area near lockers, and it completely lacked the charm and presentation we’ve come to expect. To top it off, they forgot to let her make her own nail polish—something that used to be a fun, hands-on part of the experience and one of my daughter’s favorite parts. No one even acknowledged or offered it. I tried to stay positive for my daughter, and thankfully the girl who did her nails was kind and friendly. But overall, the level of engagement from staff was minimal, and the atmosphere felt more like a rushed appointment than a special celebration. The new packages they’re offering are not only different but lack the value and experience we’ve appreciated in the past. Very disappointed with how much this place has changed—and not for the better.

My daughter had her birthday party here and absolutely loved it! The ladies were wonderful and have amazing service!
