2025-10-12Been a customer for almost a year, i’ll never be back to this place again. Came in at 3:25 for a 330 appointment got set up at the pedicure table. They put my feet in water for 20 minutes before anyone came over to give me any color swatches or to let me look at the menu for pedicures. The color selections weren’t that great mostly pastels. I asked the lady if they had any more color swatches she told me no, and then proceeded to give another lady next to me two baskets of swatches. I didn’t get paint on my toes until after 4:30. Once they started on my nails and finished. I wasn’t out of there till almost 6:30. No wonder they keep the lights dim, to cover up the shotty work. The lady who runs the place just gossips and runs her mouth about ex employees. She’ll make you listen to her stories and show you texts and screenshots of messages, so unprofessional. I’m sure she’ll share this with customers… this place only gets good reviews because most of the clientele and repeat customers I see are very young teenager girls who are just spending their parents money. There are nicer, cleaner, friendlier nail shops around.

Lena is so sweet & gave me a discount for waiting patiently while she was finishing with another client. Everyone is very wonderful. I've returned several times & have never been disappointed!

2025-11-04Me and my grandparents came to get our nails done, we walked in and were welcomed and helped immediately! Leena was so talented and funny, and we had a great time! The nails turned out great as well, the cat eye is awesome!

2025-08-05I had a mixed experience during my visit. The nail technician who worked on my nails was amazing and really attentive. However, when I moved on to get my feet done, I felt like the technician there just ignored my concerns. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue that I initially came in with. Just needed trim on the side of my one toe nail. A bit disappointing, to say the least and in pain. 😭 😞
