Exotic Nails

I never normally post reviews but I can't believe I left with paying for the service ... I was there for an hour and a half for a GEL NOT ACRYLIC removal and classic manicure, I even had to tell the lady if she could remove the imprint from the gel again since you could still see it and she apologized and did so. Then she overdid the french thickness so I asked her to cover my real nails only for the thickness and it took a few times for her to get it but I finally gave up because she kept asking more? More? Yes of course, I want what I paid for but as you can tell in the images I left with the french not even covering majority. After drying you can clearly see the disappointment I left with.

I had tried so many different nail salons before I found Exotic Nails. I travel from Prior lake just because of how beautiful my nails are every time. I have been going here for over a year. I’ve seen every tech and they always do an amazing job no matter what I throw at them!

I went in to get a pedicure one day and then the next day I went in to get a full set. The “owner” did my nails. He was rude. He got mad because I questioned the price difference between the gel polish when getting a pedicure and a full set. He said it was a $10 difference when getting gel for pedicure and then when I told him the lady told me it was a $15 difference he stopped doing my nails to go get a book and show me it was a $15 difference. I really didn’t even care about the difference in price because I was already getting regular polish but he made it a point to get so mad about me asking that he made my experience horrible and I will never go here again. Sadly this place is not too far from my house and I would have been a regular customer but he was rude and had a bad attitude. Do not recommend.

Sammy does my nails every time and they always look amazing and affordable, she’s the best nail tech I’ve ever had and super friendly my nails last over a month

I got my nails done for the first time in two years. I came in with a design in mind and i ended up not liking it in my but sammy had great customer service and completely redid my design and taking off the gel that had just been put on. She was super understanding and wonderful! I love how my nails look and loved how comfortable she made me feel with changing my mind. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get their nails done!!
