Bella Nails

We love Bella nails. I’ve been a regular for well over a decade. I brought my daughter in this morning for her birthday. The team is so kind and helpful. The salon is clean, and the quality is great! Thank you Lynn, we love your salon, and YOU!

Friendly staff that were super careful and did a great job! I came as a walk in and added them on my rotation since I'm a frequent traveler in this region. Thanks for my fabulous nails!

I stopped in here for my first time recently to get a manicure. My gel manicure usually lasts 2.5-3 weeks but unfortunately mine started chipping within a week. I was also surprised at how much the technician used the grinder to remove my previous nail polish. She thinned out my natural nails so much that now my nails are flimsy which is not normal. Sadly going to have to cut them down and start over. 😪

UPDATE: I had called the salon because under my review they had told me to. When they answered they told me they had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to hang up. I called a couple days later and had asked yet again if they could fix this issue. I could get the money back but my nails could be fixed for free. I asked if I had to pay She responded with “I’m not sure it depends on what the nails look like.” I was left in confusion with that response but I made an appointment for the next day. I had gone with one of my friends that has gone with me previously. We walked in and as soon and we sat down one of the workers started hounding my friend about her nails asking why she didn’t like them. My friend had said the shape and how chunky they were. The tech had started telling her that the nails were fine and there was nothing wrong with them and she should’ve liked them. The nail artist had told her that she would never fix her nails ever again. Mind you the tech had also mentioned that she’s been doing nails for over 30 years. 30 years is enough to know how to be professional. Moving on as I was about to Finnish getting my nails done the artist that was doing mine had swapped out with one of the owners. I was a little confused but not to bothered because things like this happen pretty often at nail salons. Until the owner had started to tell me how she doesn’t like when people talk bad about her business before addressing the problem with her first. It blew my mind when she had said that because we did address the problem but no one cared to listen. So I resorted to google review. She proceeded to tell me that I could’ve just asked for them to be fixed (I did) instead of making a review. She had also told me that they pay google to respond to the reviews. Regardless it’s still their responsibility to look at those things and make sure they know what they are going to be getting in to. The whole time we were there we both felt very uncomfortable because of the way they treated us. When you work in customer service these are the things you should expect. If they didn’t want reviews they could simply turn them off. It was very inappropriate for them to confront us about it in general but also when there were other clients around. No one should ever be put in that situation. I do not recommend Bella nails it’s very unfortunate to say that because I did like them before but with the way I was treated within the past week I don’t agree with any part of their business. I have been to Bella nails multiple times and have never had a bad outcome until this last time. My friends and I went to Bella nails for a Mani Pedi. I was the first to go. My nail tech failed many times to do a simple design. After she was done, I realized that the acrylic that she had put on my fingers was very chunky and uneven. Because I spoke up for myself, I did get it fixed, but not many people can speak up easily. my friend was the next to go and she got square shaped nails Her pinky nails were angled outward and very poorly shaped. We had to come home and file them down ourselves. All together she paid $120. For good shaped nails and evenly painted on lines yes a manicure and a pedicure would be $120 These were nothing compared to professional. My other friend was next to get her acrylics done. We sat there for countless amount of time telling the stylist that the nails were uneven, and the shape had need to be fixed. She went on to paint them, my friend had gotten pink French tips with a darker outline. My friend had told her that she didn’t like the paint job and ask her to fix them. The stylist refused to fix them and kept telling her that she thinks it’s ok. They look fine. She thinks it’s fine. Everything‘s fine. She had also paid $120 altogether and like I said before $120 is a reasonable price for good nails, but these were Not even close. The nails that we had gotten were completely unacceptable for the price they had to pay. We had a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this place.

Stopped in on a whim today and was super impressed! Got me in right away and Tina was absolutely fantastic!! Spa is clean, everybody is friendly and helpful and they have lots of colors to pick from!
