2025-11-13I used to love this place. Even referred my sister in law (Now she’s a regular). This time I got a gel manicure. Right thumb didn’t even last 24 hours before it started peeling. I’m a mom of soon to be 4 kids so my schedule pretty busy. Went back the next day to get fixed. Not even two days later, the other thumb started chipping. Normally, mine last at least two weeks. She also charged me a charging fee when I paid cash! Needless to say, I doubt I’ll be back.

2025-07-21This is my 2nd time coming here for a pedicure and they did great. I can’t even complain on that because she did a great job. However, I had gel polish on my nails and just wanted them removed. I normally go to one person but she was booked and I wanted the nails to come off. I thought she would soak them in acetone, but she went straight to filing 2-3 times on each nail bed. She filed them paper thin and at first, the pain wasn’t noticeable, but 3 days in the pain was felt!!! I’ve never experienced paper thin or bleeding nails for a removal. I thought I could thug it out but I cannot. Today I woke up to so much pain on my nail bed. As a healthcare worker, I’m constantly washing my hands and the pain I feel is terrible!! I went to try and get a refund of just my removal and the tip I gave them but I could not get it back due to the 3 days policy. I paid $90 for a pedicure and removal!!! I even thought they would give me a voucher so I could come back again. The manager Kevin told me that’s it’s fine to feel pain and it’s normal for the nails to be paper thin. But is it normal to feel pain?? Even simple tasks such as opening a can or washing hands feel unbearable. I will never come back here even tho I loved the lady who did my pedicure. It sucks that they couldn’t do much.

Also, complimentary water and suckers, we walked in with no appointment and they got to us in about ten minutes only! I love this spa, and will definitely be coming back!!
