Years ago, I had a bad experience with brow waxing at another place that left me with an unflattering shape and hesitant to let anyone touch my brows again. I was nervous to book this appointment, but I’m so glad I did. Ivy took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the process thoroughly, and put so much care and attention into her work. She even went above and beyond by answering some of my skincare questions and was incredibly easy to talk to throughout the appointment. My brows look amazing, and I feel like I can finally trust someone with them again. I’m excited to come back and explore more of the skincare services they offer!
