Pet Supplies Plus Austin

I get here once every couple of months from Rochester. They are FAR more friendly and approachable than workers at the big pet stores in Rochester. Best prices around and coupons available if you sign up for their rewards (which is free to join). The staff actually notice you and want to help. I am very pleased! The only thing they could do better, maybe give more toys for the ferrets to play with since they are there for a long time? Same for the birdies, their cages look kind of boring and lacking bird toys, they need more swings, cuttlebone, and bird activities to keep stimulated. I could only see perches in their cages not much else. They looked bored. Make it more fun for them, they deserve a nice cage. Otherwise, I love this store, worth the drive everytime! :)

Lana does the grooming for our doodle Zoey. Does a great job grooming and answering questions.

We got our dog a haircut here for the first time. He was really needing it! We were happy and Teddy, our Cavapoo, went through it just fine.

I ordered online for a pick up order, I thought I would be able to get an Uber....unfortunately I failed to get a ride. Luckily Shelly was able to save the day and delivered mt pup her food! Thank you so much, you and your store went above and beyond my expectations!

The employee that helped us, Maeve, was phenomenal! They were very knowledgeable and gave amazing suggestions for our fishtank, will definitely return for more plants later on — If you need any assistance, with tank creatures (or any creatures at all it seems like haha) they are definitely the one to ask! :)
