I initially had a bad first experience, but the salon rebooked my appointment and paired me with Mari—and I am so glad they did. I walked out feeling amazing after what had been a really disappointing start. Mari was incredibly sweet and very communicative throughout the entire process. I got highlights, and she checked in with me multiple times, saying things like, “We can do this to make it look better,” or offering suggestions and asking my opinion. She truly listened and cared. She made me feel not only pretty but heard, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. I will never go to anyone else moving forward.

Kayler did awesome ! This was my first haircut in a salon. I have always had long hair but have been experimenting lots of shredding and really bad ends this past months, so I decided for a new change to regrow my hair healthier. Kayler was able to take that in mind and make me comfortable through the whole process and ultimately with having a beautiful short hair style. In one day I have had plenty of complements. She is Very nice person to talk to and very chill. Recommend her 100%

She really listened to me and helped my hair with the right products. Everything she said that the product would do, has come true. My head does not itch in a certain spot and now it doesn’t. Also I use to have heavy long hair. Now it’s so soft and still at long length and feels so soft like an eider duck feather. so light and soft. The products she did for me helped me. She took her time and helped educate me. I’m very happy with her services. Plus the hair cut was just what I wanted. When I noticed and receive good treatment I give really good tips. she definitely deserved the 45 dollar tip I gave her. For now on she will be my hairdresser. Thank you Cole’s Karla

I’ve been getting my hair professionally lightened to platinum blonde for over 20 years and have never once requested a correction. I’m easygoing, avoid confrontation, and truly just want bright, blonde hair. When my regular stylist wasn’t available, I booked with someone newer (1 year experience). While the haircut was fine, the color was an absolute disaster. Instead of the bright blonde highlights I requested, my hair was left darker, nearly the same shade as my natural roots. I was stunned. After having multiple experienced stylists review the results, they unanimously agreed: my hair had not been properly lifted and was significantly over-toned, which can be due to inexperience. The salon’s proposed solution was to correct it with someone even less experienced. I initially agreed, but after further professional input, I was warned that re-bleaching so soon could cause serious damage. I contacted the salon to cancel the correction appointment only to be scolded for not giving 24 hours' notice. The appointment had only been scheduled the evening prior, making that impossible. Had I been offered a partial refund, I wouldn’t be writing this review. But instead, I was left with a $240 mistake that now requires correction elsewhere, at my own expense. The stylist was kind, and I truly believe she did her best. Mistakes happen. But the lack of accountability and refusal to offer even a partial refund is unacceptable. This is my first time going to Cole salon because I moved to the area and Selena did an amazing job. I absolutely love my hair. It has been a long time since I have liked the cut and the color and highlights when I left the salon! The salon is absolutely beautiful and the people are so nice. I will be back!
