2025-08-19This was the worst experience in my 20 years coming here โ I walked out with visible bruises from the techโs rough handling and a terrible French polish that looked nothing like I asked for, I have been a loyal customer of this salon for over 20 years, but after my recent experience, I am beyond shocked and disappointed. During a simple French polish change, the nail technician applied such extreme pressure on my foot that I left with visible bruises and a red mark (proof is on my foot!). It felt like physical abuse, not a relaxing service. The French polish she did was nothing like what I requested, and I had to constantly correct her sloppy work. To top it off, I was charged $40 for this terrible and painful service!

2025-07-27English (Strong Warning Review with History): I have been coming to this salon for over 20 years, but ever since Mary and T took over, the prices have skyrocketed and the service has gone downhill. I spent 3 hours here for a simple French polish change, and the result was awful. Emilyโs work was sloppy and crooked, and instead of fixing it, she blamed my โcrooked toesโ โ unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Mary did her best to fix it, but I was still charged $40 for this mess. After two decades of loyalty, I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning.

2022-05-07I love 3L! I have been going to 3L for many years now to get my nails done. With that I have realized I should totally write them a review because they deserve the recognition! Today I stopped in to get a gel manicure and I love them! Everyone who works there is super nice and when they are busy they try to fit you in or schedule you at a later time. I have gotten my nails done by everyone who works there and I love all of their work. Today I got my nails done by Thi and as always I was not disappointed!
