Kellie the school owner is great! She genuinely cares about the students and is always willing to go the extra mile to help you succeed. I really appreciate the small classroom size and the attention to detail. HIGHLY Recommend!

I took the lash course here & honestly I had an amazing experience, kellie was very helpful & taught me so much during my little time. I would recommend to anyone who’s trying to do lashes.

DON’T GO TO THIS SCHOOL! I took the esthetician course here for a month and it was the worst experience possible. The owner Kellie Owens, managed to lose all of my documented hours for a month’s work. She holds expired products in her school and refused to get our needed resources even if the law states that those resources are required to be in the school. She was in multiple violations involving our contract and the board of cosmetology. I am appalled by her lack of professionalism towards me and other students. Kellie was hardly at school for me to contact her regarding the issues I was having with her school. When I tried calling or texting her to speak about my concerns, she was avoidant and claimed she was “busy”. Kellie had tried to up charge me multiple times. While I was in school she tried to charge me an extra $200 for the online text book. When I had handed in my letter of resignation she tried to charge me for her kit which states in the contract that it is included in the tuition. She would often try to blame her problems on her former employee, when the only problems I was having was with her and how she ran her school. I hope this review reaches everyone so they won’t get scammed out of their money or education.

My name is Lucero Idrovo, I’m currently attending Ilash beauty school, I’m sharing my personal experience in hopes that it will help future students make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my time here has been extremely disappointing. Many students including myself have experienced what we believe to be dishonest information and lack of education by Kelly (the owner). Also including financial issues and a lack of reinvestment in the school. For a long time, we had poor-quality products that made it hard to learn properly. However, I do appreciate Kelly for finally hearing her students out and investing in a better skincare product line. I hope this is the start of seeing more improvements in the supplies we use for our clients. That said, I do want to recognize something positive that Kelly has provided us. I’m truly grateful for Sam for taking some time and coming in. She’s been a huge support—working long hours, guiding us, and doing her best to improve the learning environment. Without her, many of us would feel completely lost. Lastly, I truly appreciate everyone who has come in for a service and allowed us to practice. Your support means a lot to us as we learn and grow. We hope to see you again so we can continue improving and move forward toward graduating and starting our careers.

I am in the PMU program at iLash Beauty School & Esthetic Academy and I LOVE IT. Kellie and Palany are exceptional instructors. I compared this program to many others throughout the twin cities area. This program is, in my opinion, the most comprehensive. The total cost of the program also allows you to fulfill the required 200 internship hours. The instructors are wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend this school for its instruction and its diverse and focused programs which include Eyelash Technician, Esthetician and PMU.
