2025-12-16i called and made an appointment for 11, they asked me to do 10:45 instead which i was okay with. I get there at 10:30 and did not get seated until 11:30. not only that, but there’s very little communication. I got a pedicure and manicure for my three year-old and they did not communicate anything about the pricing with me it came to the end and it was $68 with the 20% offer for kids under 10 I think $68 for a three-year-old’s fingers and nails is a little over the top and at the end of my pedicure one of my nails was sharp on the end and I had to file it down myself. The lady doing my nails seemed like she didn’t know english, the other nail techs would have to help communicate for her. i wanted to add that my gel polish is already peeling after 3 days…
