Nature's Envy Salon & Day Spa

The salon was clean and people were friendly. The mani/ pedi were VERY expensive and took a long time (about 90 minutes) but somehow did not trim cuticles. I had standard OPI polish on both fingers and toes. Somehow on day two the fingernail polish just started flaking off - like I'd scratch my arm and there would be polish left behind. On day three an entire toe of polish came off somewhere. Just gone (probably in a sock), but it's not that it chipped or flaked - it just came off in apparently one piece. What a waste of money and disappointment.

The girls here are just amazing, the attention to detail on the little things when it comes to hair and nails is outstanding. I frequently come in for pedicures and haircuts and always have the best, most relaxing services between Gracie and Sydney. For anyone looking for top-notch service, Natures Envy is the place to call, you will not leave disappointed.

I have been coming here for 3 years. I have had facials, massages, hair color, waxing and hair cuts here. No matter what service I get everyone is super friendly and they always make me feel at ease. I had Sydney trim my hair today, she listened and was patient with me. I haven't had a hair cut in 6 years and she did exactly what I wanted. Never have I had someone listen to me when it came to my hair.

Recently booked an appointment for a haircut here. I have never been to this salon here but it is local to me so I thought I would try it out. I asked for a trim with some layers and over all the haircut was fine but I did leave with damp hair. And the blow dry was not styled or shaped in any way. I didn’t think much of it until I booked an appointment for my toddler. My toddler’s appointment was a bit disappointing. The stylist barely brushed her hair, never wet it or evened out the part before she started the trim. She acted as if my toddler didn’t exist. My toddler LOVES hair cuts and this is usually the highlight of the week but we left with no intentions of coming back. I rated three starts because of cleanliness and both stylists were friendly. But we probably won’t be back.

Today was my first experience getting serviced here since I just moved here and wasn’t familiar with any salons in town. I scheduled an appointment for a brow wax and Sydney was my stylist. I told her that to clean them up and to keep the natural shape. After she got done I noticed half the underneath of my right brow was gone but the left brow was what I asked for and she kept the natural shape of that one. I was left with two completely different looking brows and told her not to take anything else off. I paid and left, once I got to my car I realized how bad it looked. I went back in and asked if someone else could fix them or if I could be refunded. They offered me an appointment an hour later free of charge and Molly got my eyebrows looking somewhat symmetrical again considering what she had to work with. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her. Sydney on the other hand, I would not. There’s no way after “7 years” of experience she didn’t notice the mistake and how poorly they looked. Not only did she not offer to correct it but let me leave acting like she did a great job. Shows the lack of integrity and lack of skill. I’ve done my brows better myself with 0 experience and will do so from now on because of this bad experience. Thank you Molly for doing your best to fix them.
