I would give them 10 stars if I could. I came here earlier this year after a bad experience where I used to go. My cuticles were cut up and I was very unhappy with my nails. I had Nina do my shellac pedicure and manicure. I explained how cut up my fingers were. She was very gentle and did a very good job. I was so happy with what she did. I have since started having Bao do my manicure when I want dipped nails. He is always friendly and helpful to everyone. This time I asked for a Christmas design and I love it!!! He always does a great job as well!!!

I just moved to the area and I found this nail salon and haven't gone anywhere else since!! They are so kind and they do such a good job and work fast!! I get Gel X usually with a design!

I won’t return. I made a 1 PM appointment for my six-year-old daughter and me. I had requested two manicures online and I received a confirmation text. When I arrived, they told me they would only do nail polish for my daughter, not an actual manicure. That was fine with me, however, she was quite impatient about it. She rushed through my daughter‘s nail polish application, which made my daughter nervous. My daughter moved and bumped her nail. The lady said, “You want pretty, you have to stay still.” She did not fix my daughter’s nail. I was shocked. I wasn’t seen until 1:30 PM. They had overbooked themselves for the staff they had available. My nails were sloppy, she didn’t fully fill my nails, and she left nail polish on my skin surrounding the nails. I could’ve done a better job at home. I gave two stars because they gave me a Mother’s Day discount without even asking, which was nice. Without the discount, this would have felt like a giant waste of time and would only deserve one star. Their customer service was great, except they talked to each other in their native language the entire time, barely recognizing their customers. I felt very awkward and in the middle of a group conversation.

I just love my February nails that I had done yesterday. My nail tech is better than yours. He is really awesome and friendly. This made me feel welcome. This was only my third time there and I love the work he did. 😍

I absolutely love coming to this nail salon. They are so friendly they take their time. They are so patient with whatever you asked them with they always make you feel welcomed and they always make you feel like you're a part of the conversation they start conversation with you if you little quiet, they offer a selection of drinks that you could get while you're there. I absolutely love Ella she is so talented, so kind and funny! i have gone to other nail salons where they have rushed The work or they don't even talk to you. Ella always takes her time. and she makes sure I'm happy with the results. This is the only salon I go to for my eyebrow waxing or to get my nails done and the only salon I will be going to! definitely 10/10
