absolutely horrible. i asked for a pink based french navy tip. i specifically asked for a pink base but instead she skipped that step and started thick and messy french tips. my nails turned out grey colored and super messy. the nail tech got blue paint under my nails/hands and when i pointed it out she was like “it’ll come off”. it has stained my hands and cuticles. finally i asked can you please redo it. she was extremely rude and rough with my hands. i was holding back tears. she globbed on some pink paint and left grey showing through. i’m a college student and this was supposed to be a treat for finishing nursing school. so disappointed.

I took my 80 year old diabetic mother here for a mani/pedi told the man that she had diabetes. Apparently he doesn’t speak any English and didn’t understand. Both nail specialist were unfriendly. I told my Nail Tech, Tammy, that I do reviews because I knew this was going to be a bad experience from the beginning. I had to ask my mother‘s Nail Tech to please show her how to turn on the massage chair. He did not respond. When I reached over to try and help her, he gave me a dirty look. They did not clean up the cuticles very well for the feet and did not clean under the toenails. They were so rushed that both of us had crooked toenails. She Did not massage my hands at all or even push back my cuticles. . My mother ended up with smeared nail polish on the tips of her thumbs. For me they did not even paint the tips of my nails.. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been getting pedicures for years and I’ve never had one this bad before. One day after my mom got her pedicure her toenail chipped.

I go here often for pedicures and they do a great job. Decided to have my nails done for a wedding. I chose gel nail polish with a bit of glitter on each ring finger. She did a great job! I’ve never had my nails done here before so I would have liked a bit more guidance as to their procedure. But other than that my experience was great!

I asked her to use cherry color (burgundy), but she painted my toes cherry and my hands red. I told her they were not the same color, but she did not understand me because they don’t speak English. She also hurt my finger. The experience was okay, but not what I expected. I waited there for two hours and I didn’t want to redo everything again. I don’t understand how she couldn’t use the same color for my hands and toes. She removed the polish and put red on my toes and red on my hands, but they were not professional. It was very hard to explain what I wanted because they don’t speak English well.

Do not ever go here unless you want to be treated disrespectfully. I called to see if they had an appointment available. He said oh you can go ahead and walk in. We are free. I walk in and I wait over an hour sitting at the nail chair to get a pedicure. I was disregarded by staff. I waited two hours to get a pedicure to walk out with nail polish painted very unevenly and also on my skin. Five people that came after me walked out way before I walked out. My toenails were cut extremely short, -and proper hygienic practices were not followed. It also seemed like my nail technician was more worried about eating and socializing than doing my nails. When I asked when could I come back tomorrow to get my nails repaired? She said oh no you can come back in Monday. Mind you they’re open on Sunday and I live out of the state. I used to come here all the time when I lived in Michigan. I will never return to this place. It is gone totally downhill. 0/10 service! Trash! Apologies for making me late to my event. Apologies for messing my toes up resolves nothing when you actually do nothing to fix your mistake.
