TROPICAL NAILS & SPA

My friend invited me to join her for a mani and pedi here, and I’m so glad she did! Kim did an amazing job — she really took her time to make sure all my nails were shaped perfectly. I got a tip extension with dip and a simple design for my vacation, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I also got a much-needed pedicure after a long winter, and my heels feel so much smoother than I’m used to! They have so many dip colors to choose from, which I really appreciate. This is definitely going to be my new go-to nail spot!

Nikki and Ken are really great. They know how to manage a business. I appreciate a salon that is honest about whether they can fit you in at walk-in versus being told yes but then waiting at least 30 minutes before getting any service. This has happened to me so many times at other places. I usually get pedicures a few times a year and the last few times have been A+ quality. The salon is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend this business for your nail services.

I LOOVVVEEE Tropical nails!! I’ve been going here often for almost a year to get my acrylic nails done, Nikki, Nina, and Ken do a FANTASTIC job every single time. The salon is clean and neat and peaceful, everyone is so friendly and so so talented! They offer many wonderful services and I highly recommend Tropical every time someone comments on my nails!

Listen, I'm not a big review gal (check the profile) but I just have to rave about this place and Nikki. I've just recently relocated to A2 and desperately trying to find a new nail salon (still heartbroken to leave Moda Nails/Vanessa in Knoxville!) that does exquisite nail work and nail design, dip and gel. I've tried several places in two months and they were all let downs and I literally was so incredibly messed up about the fact that I might not have top notch nails addition. But then I find Nikki and Tropical and...YAAAAAASSSS puhlease!!!!! The pic says it all. Honestly, I don't even want to tell y'all! If you need a nail place, Nikki and get crew got you. I'm a new regular!!!

This my second time coming to tropical nails & spa for a pedicure and this is now officially my favorite go-to place. Pedicures looked lovelt both times. They take time with the foot prep (scrub, massage, etc.). Very relaxing and highly recommend! Updating to include that I've now gotten gel x press on nails twice and loved my set each time. The gel x is expensive but I'm not sure what the standard cost is as I've never had this done anywhere else so that just may be what it is. Regardless, this is my go to nail salon in Ann Arbor! Staff are also very kind and welcoming!
