I had a set of Japanese/Korean “jelly” style nails removed. I had them done in Seoul in April on my natural nails without extensions. I was impressed at how fast the removal process was, but my nails are suffering, split, and extremely fragile after. The cutting, shaping, and filing left much to be desired after my set was removed. My nails were cut and shaped unevenly, and the filing was done incompletely and roughly. After an hour’s worth of running errands, I had to come home and cut my nails down to the quick. They’re now so fragile and thin, that any growth has fractures and hangnails on almost every nail, even a couple weeks later. I really wanted to love this place, as I really enjoy the style that this artist seems to do. In response to the businesses reply on 6/16/25: I did not have extensions placed on my nails. My nails were filed/drumrolled off and there was no soaking to remove the gel I had on. The nails were placed on my natural nails with zero extension and then cut off. When I left the studio, I did not realized how badly they were shaped and treated. It was only after leaving, that I realized how badly my nails were degraded from the removal process.

Such a wonderful service and kawaii-Japanese-style nail salon! I remember 2 days before my wedding my basic gel French nails decided to grow out and my cuticles were not wedding ready... Thanks to Athena’s Nail Boutique she was able to fit me in last minute and exceeded my expectation beyond words. Such beautiful Boutique and does not do justice for the quality of work possible! I ended up getting custom seashell design with some glam! I got so many compliments on my wedding day and it looked sooo good with my bouquet. She was so passionate about her work and made sure I loved my nails and helped me pick the perfect design after I told her my dress color and theme. I have been to Japan/ Asia before but I did not know this style of nails was even possible in the Midwest. I am so so happy and have been back a few time since. You will be seeing me 😆🫶 Thank you so much for making my wedding so special .

Alice is amazing! She took her time in removing my cuticles and was very patient and thorough. The best nails I’ve ever gotten, will definitely be coming here again :)

Great location and experience, so enjoyable. Brought my daughter, and both of us got manicures and pedicures. Their designs and products are something no other nail salon can match. Definitely recommended!

Pros: Clean store, availability on Sat without an appointment. Decent service with good location. Cons: They don’t have much selection for colors on regular polish, nail shaping wasn’t great as they didn’t ask me what I preferred. Pricey for a manicure ($69), same cost as pedicure for regular or gel. Foot wash bins are on unlocked wheels and slide super easily which meant I had to engage my abs or sit at a weird angle to keep my feet up on the platform.
