2025-10-23Went in on my birthday for a special day, staff was lovely and nice. Started peeling within 12 hours and didn’t get the art done correctly. They are willing to fix or refund but now it cost me hours of my time to get mediocre nails done and walking around with ugly nails. Edit to add - asked for a fix to the peeling nails and refund for just the nail art ($12) which I thought was reasonable and was declined. I didn’t have time to get the art corrected but they only offered a full fix so decided on a full refund and just to take off the gel myself and feeling so disappointed.

2025-07-20The salon is super cute and the staff are all very friendly and kind. I like that the pricing and service options are all clearly listed on the website. The appointments themselves feel rushed and lack attention to detail (filing, clean up, etc). I was particularly disappointed when I came to get my nails done for my wedding. The Dazzle Dry selection was very limited and I had a hair in the polish of one nail. I pointed it out to the tech and she tried to buff it out but it did not fix it. I left with 3 hairs on one nail, lifting, and air bubbles. I came with a group that day and some of the other people had imperfections too like dents or rough edges.

2025-11-16This is my new nail spot! I've gone several times and each time has been amazing! Staff is very friendly and accommodating and the shop is always clean! Yoomi does an amazing job with my gel manicures and pedicures. She has amazing attention to detail and a high standard for her work!

2025-08-05Yoomi did a wonderful job with my gel polish today! I showed someone at the desk a picture for inspiration and they recommended the perfect mix- two coats of one color and a top coat of another to top it off. Looks just how I was envisioning. Appreciate the service here all around.
