Had a full set done. Staff was okay. Not friendly but not downright rude. I asked to have gems placed on my nails. At the end of the service she finished with cuticle oil. When I inquired about the requested gems she made an excuse that it was too late due to oil. Witnessed an argument between staff and another patron that was down right shocking. Too many places in Ann Arbor to deal with the drama at this salon. Will never return.

Spent $80 but was told $70 on a pedicure then spent $20 on a tip. I was supposed to get a paraffin wax for free but did not receive it was charged extra. My toenails were improperly cut some polish is still left on my skin. When I went to ask why the paraffin wax wasn’t free she said it was because I didn’t show the picture but nobody explained that to me. They just asked me if I wanted it because I thought it was supposed to come with the deluxe pedicure. Was not able to receive the money back that I paid for the paraffin wax. I Should have been told that it was an extra charge. I’ve always been a loyal customer to this place, so it’s disappointing to know that they weren’t willing to work with me.

If I could put a zero I would! Don’t ever leave your teen child unattended to get their nails done! Tried giving my daughter Some independence and allowing her to get her nails done alone before I left I spoke with the nail tech. He told me that her nails will be 60 and 15 for the shellac polish on her toes four dollars each for each stone nail, which she had two. They did not follow the picture that I left. My daughter was supposed to get big chunky stones on each ring finger. She put about 15 of her smallest smallest speck of dust stones on my daughter‘s fingers told my daughter that oh my gosh, you’re using up all my stones, even though she was only getting both of her ring fingers stoned mind you the picture of the stones were chunky. The nail tech used Diamond dust stones did not fill them in, had numerous gaps all over the ring fingers and told my daughter that she was going to use polish to fill in the gaps. This was my daughter‘s first homecoming experience and the lack of accountability the lying about the price I would not have even paid $40 for this job that they did it looks like someone played on my child’s fingers for $113

So many problems in one sitting - never going back!! Went for a polish change on my nails - she cut me twice, bleeding non stop & then said it’s because my feet were dry that’s why she cut me, like ma’am we’re sitting on a pedicure chair with a tap right infront of you! If you knew they had to be slightly wet why wouldn’t you do that instead of making me bleed. For my hands - all the colours are completely wrong on the colour charts. I asked for a dark colour from the colour book & she gave me a bright colour instead. I complained multiple times and they said it was my fault for choosing a colour that was complicated! AGAIN ma’am if you don’t know your stock don’t advertise it. Also I asked for an almond shape they gave me gave me oval instead. After all that they still had the audacity to ask input a $20 tip. Rejected that immediately.
