T Nail Lounge

I do not recommend this nail salon. I used to go years ago and it was nice, I never had an issue, but I went last week and right after my nails were done (which may I add costed $120) my skin was peeling and nail beds were swollen. My nails looked sloppy after second glance and the fact it was so expensive was upsetting. I went back a few days later because I needed them off due to how much pain I was in and asked for a refund which I was told no. My skin is still trying to heal and all my nails are breaking. Go to another salon, trust me it’s not worth the pain!

The staff is fantastic!! Billy & the team treat you like family. Never have I left unsatisfied. The ease of making an appointment is great. The color choices are amazing. It’s always the most relaxing past of my day! Cindy, Mi, Tom, & all of the staff are wonderful!

The best experience in my 40+ years of getting my nails done. Mia was so attentive and thorough, thoughtful and sweet. She finessed the design and I love it!! Thanks Mia!

I’ve been going to this place for months to do my nails. Before going there each time, I always call and tell them the service I’d love to get and the lady I’d love to do my manicure or pedicure. This is the second time I’ve requested someone in particular to do my nails and after driving and almost getting there, I got a call saying that I didn’t request the person and that I asked for a manicure and pedicure instead of just a manicure. The person was practically arguing with me and after I got there, he was persistent about me asking for some services, which I didn’t! I ended up going back home, after wasting my time driving there. The reason I chosed their nail lounge was because of the reviews I read on their website. I’m EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at how things turned out today. I will never waste my time to go to a place where the people are rude to the customers for no valid reason!

My daughter-in-law and I had appointment on Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. We were to have mani-pedis. The price we were quoted including gel was $60 a person. If we didn't do gel on our hands which we didn't want gel on our hands, the price would have been 50 dollars a person. We got there and there were two ladies one was very abrupt and quick getting it all done the other was patient and kind with my daughter-in-law. In the end they billed $170 for the both of us not including the tip. Very frustrating. When I got home I stayed quiet about it for a day or two and then I called them and the man said he was the owner, he quoted $60 per person for gel for the mani-pedis per person I told him what I was billed he told me I was wrong. He looked it up and said I was billed correctly. How was $85 a person the same? Nothing fancy was done and again nail gel was only on the feet. I will NEVER go back there again. It was better when Diane was working there. I have no idea what's going on now but I will never go back again. They've lost a client they've lost my confidence and I'm done. We just wanted the basic mani pedi. I'll find another location here in the Catonsville area for better service and a better price and not being lied to or treated like like cattle.
