I had the pleasure of having kim as my technician for my pedicure and manicure. She was very precise and professional all in a timely manner. Everyone at the shop was welcoming and provided excellent customer service while making sure my services were to my expectations.

Disappointing Experience They Don't Listen I came in excited to treat myself and had a specific nail color picked out gave the nail tech the exact number. Simple, right? Well, instead of using the color I asked for, she picked the one she thought looked better. I didn’t notice until she was halfway through the second coat, and by then, it was too late. It’s frustrating when you come in for a service and your preferences are completely ignored. On top of that, there’s a woman in the back who was extremely rude to the kids. Sadly, I won’t be returning. There are too many nail salons that listen and treat customers (and their children!) with respect.

Oanh did a lovely job creating some festive "winter wonderland" nails for me! It was also wonderful to get to know her, a 5 star experience overall.

This was my first time visit this nail salon and I am glad I did. I have been searching for a nail salon that was clean, friendly and took their time. Everyone was very friendly. I was a walk in and was immediately seen. They have an electronic check-in and ability to book online with your individual stylist via QR code. (Very convenient) They have a large selection of colors available. Several other costumers brought in videos/pictures of styles they wanted and they were able to accommodate. The nail tech was amazing, she checked in often to make sure I was satisfied with my nails at every stage. You can tell she takes her profession serious and cares about the quality of her work. I highly recommend Oahn. I plan to return to her for my future nail services. I had Helen do my pedicure. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable in my chair and gave me a fresh bottled water. The chairs are new and high tech, offering a custom massage with body scan prior to starting to make sure it is hitting your body’s specific areas. There is also a wireless charger on the massage chair. The pedicure itself was wonderful. I was very relaxed, the water temp was perfect and the products felt great on my skin. Helen gave a wonderful massage that left my muscles feeling relaxed, especially after a day of work. She also did my eyebrow waxing, it was quick and efficient. The chair for waxing was much more comfortable than laying down on a flat massage table like other salons. I plan to return here and bring my family and friends. A++++ I have never had someone to get my nails the way I want but Oanh understood the assignment. They are very polite and care about what the customer wants. This got me right for my bday and I’ll be back for life.
