Polished Nail Spa

I’ve gone here on and off for about 2 years and my most recent experience has me feeling as though I won’t be back. Maria did my nails and the pedi was fine. But the gel x and the polish job was sloppy. I asked beforehand if a decision could be done and I was told initially yes, then when we started she said she couldn’t. Then I showed 2 more designs, ombré and some other design and she said she couldn’t do it. So, I settled on a plain color but the job was not done well and I had to go to pick up my child. But upon inspection, the nails are uneven, the polish is lumpy and bubbly, and she left a lot of that gel x clumped underneath my nails which attracts lent because it is kind of sticky. I called and was asked to come the next day at 1pm to speak to the manager and have it fixed. I do that and I was told that no one there was available who could do what the design I wanted and asked me to return the next day at 11:30am. Something came up at work and I am no longer able to go. As a courtesy, I called to let them know and I was told once again the person would be booked for the day. The manager was rude to me when I said I would write a review of my experience. And basically told me to go ahead and do that then. I am a busy person with a job and a child and to think I can just come up there at all times of day is unreasonable. Besides asking me to continuously come up there at THEIR convenience is not finding a way to make correct this mistake. $65 for shady gel x plus $20 for chrome is too much money to not like the result and to not be respected as a customer. Disappointed in this place. The 1 star is because of the bad service and poor quality.

Michelle is absolutely the best!!! She is always kind, does a PHENOMENAL job on my nails, and gets excited with you when you celebrate how cute they turn out lol. I got Gel-X and got these brown nails with the little swirly design and she did so good!! I’m so so happy with how they turned out. The space itself is super clean and has great vibes.

Michelle is THE BEST! I’ve been going to her for about a year or so and she always takes great care of me. The level of professionalism from the entire staff is amazing! But Michelle is my Go To! She always does really great designs and I usually let her freestyle my nails and I have never left there unhappy with my decision. Definitely recommend this Nail Spa. Double recommendation for Michelle! ❤️❤️❤️

I had an appointment for 345pm on a Saturday afternoon so naturally I expected to wait for a while once I got there, I was happily surprised to see the place fully staffed and only had to wait an additional 10 mins (due to one of the other customers). Andy did my gel-x nails and it was smooth and fast. The place is clean, pleasant and well lit. I will definitely be coming again. Pic attached is a medium coffin with a small cut down painted in OPI “less is more” a blue based gray color.

Justin, Justin, Justin. Not enough words to express the perfection he produces! I went to the shop for the first time. I booked with michelle (bc of reviews) but she was already taken and Justin took me no problem. He is so meticulous that you would think the shape of your nail was made in a shop! I got cateye on a few nails and he did not upcharge. He is my new forever 🙌🏾
