Pulled in the parking lot to buy a gift card for a family member. As I pulled in, one of the employees walked out of the salon and told me that I could not park in that parking spot and told me to move. I was obviously a bit confused as to why I couldn’t park there because there was no signage or paint in that spot (was not even right in front of the store). She stared at me with a rude look for a minute and went to her car. I walked in and the guy was very nice as I bought the gift card. I almost decided to leave because of how rude that lady was. As I left she moved her car to the spot I was in, as her car was in the back row.

I have been coming here for years. Service is excellent and staff so friendly and accommodating! I recently saw a Google review from someone and it simply was not true! So here is the truth!! I was in this salon 3 weeks ago and have never been appalled as I was about a group that was in here that day. No matter how much Sonny (the owner) and his staff tried, this group could not be satisfied. Complaining about the shape of their nails, the color applied, etc. I sat right next to one girl (that complained, moaned and groaned constantly) I repeatedly heard him ask her about the shape she wanted and the color she wanted. She confirmed in each instance and he moved forward. ONLY to have her tell him he didn’t like what SHE CONFIRMED SHE WANTED. Unbelievable. Not only did I witness this firsthand as did others … it dampened my experience which is normally my time for relaxation and rest as I am sure it did others. Needless to say we were all glad when they left. So if you want to go to a salon full of great nail techs that provide great service please check out JC’s Nail. Customer service is great but the skill of doing natural nails is trash. I constantly showed them and told them what I wanted and still didn’t get it. My nails look like a child did them. Didn’t realize how bad they actually were until I got outside with bright lights. And this was my first time ever going here. ( last picture was my inspiration picture)

I don’t know if it’s because they reuse their files, or the fact that the guy scrubbed my legs like a floorboard with the scrub or that he spent more time washing his little reusable cups. But I’ve been getting pedicures for forever now and have never had this happen. They didn’t seem to care. Sprayed alcohol on my legs and told me it’s because I shaved. I did not in fact shave and rarely do because my hair is blonde. Definitely worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere and over priced.
