2024-04-18Recently moved to Franklin and was looking for a closer salon especially since I had not been in for over a year. My hair was not doing well when I went in but Brandie was able to get it looking and feeling so much better. Could not be happier with my haircut, thanks again! Definitely recommend very clean and nice salon although tucked in back but plenty of signs to find it so no issues. Brandie is very kind and helpful too so definitely recommend seeing her. Reasonable prices as well, thankful to have found a closer salon so I can start taking better care of my hair again!

2019-03-29I'm new to Franklin and needed a hair cut, and needed to get in for a same day appointment. Jennifer was able to set me up for that afternoon and gave me one of the best hair cuts I've had in a really long time! If you need a new stylist, she is great!

2020-06-06Daughter had a appointment for June 6 2020. She made the appointment on Facebook and they sent her a confirmation. She arrived for her hair appointment and they told her that they don’t have her in there book. She shows them her confirmation on the phone and they just said sorry we can reschedule you a month from now? I guess with elite the customer is always wrong and they don’t respect there customers. I told my family it is time to find a new salon that respects there customers. Such bad business. They could at lest try to do something for her.

2019-07-13Not happy!! I only wanted about 2-3 inches off my hair. Gave free range of the layers to Jenn. My hair was in the middle of my back and now it's to the top of my sholders in the back and a little longer in the front I told her that my hair is shorter than what I wanted! She took over 6" off. I will not be returning to the salon at all. Do not recommend this salon.
