I have natural long nails. I will typically go in for just cut and file. I have to say no paint, no gel several times but ok. My daughter decides to treat me with a manicure but no paint. An hour after our set appt time they seat me. I show her a picture of the shape and length I want. Again, saying no paint and no gel. They cut my nails and rough file. Then sit with my fingers in water for 40 mins. Once I gave up and tried to leave they say she's coming to finish now. Other tech cuts my cuticles, no more filing or buffing then starts to put a clear coat. I panic and tell her no paint and no gel. She said "no, you do this". OK, I'm guessing this is just a clear coat, I will deal with it. Then the owner comes over and has paint and is trying to paint my nails. She said I told her yes. Have to argue that I do not and never have wanted paint. And then tells me the clear coat they put on is gel. I ask for it to be removed. They hard sand my nails with a drill for 2 seconds, put lotion on my hands and tell me I'm done. Then, charged my daughter for it. This is how my nails looked walking out. At this point, I don't even know how to save my nails. Conviently they only speak and understand English when they want.

Sarah is wonderful! I had a male tech once, and he was great as well. Acrylic full set is around $50 and fills are around $35. Expect a couple dollar extra charge if paying with card. Would 100% recommend Diva Nails

I absolutely love going to Diva! While I’ve had so many rough experiences everywhere else I’ve gone, Diva treats their clients with respect and care! They make sure you love their work or they correct things if needed! Jackie always has me leaving happier than when I walked in. They will forever be my go to place! Today I went in with a screenshot of an idea of what I was hoping to get and she went above and beyond my expectations! The young man who did my pedicure also went above and beyond and had me feeling so much better! Walking in my feet were still sore from working this past weekend. I left feeling like I had just returned from a vacation! If you’re looking for a place to go I highly suggest going and seeing them!
