Alexie Nails salon Franklin, Indiana

So bad. Me and my friend went together, the lady I had ripped off the acrylic on one of my nails which was very painful, then just added new acrylic over my flimsy nail without adding a new tip. My friend had a man doing hers, and not only did it take 30 minutes before he was even done with her base, but he did not paint or fill her whole nail, making it look like her nails were already 2 weeks grown out (pictured below). He was also very sloppy with her polish, and did not take off all of her original polish. We could see her original polish through her “finished product”. The lady who did my nails ended up redoing my friends, but just an overall bad experience. We were there for over 2.5 hours and we had even set appointments online before going to the salon. Would not recommend to anybody! EDIT: Trouble texted me apologizing and offered to make things right if I came back in. I decided to and I’m so glad. He got me in right away and my nails look soooo good!! I love them and will definitely be back. It is nice to see a store try to make things right instead of just ignoring it which is why I will come back. Thank you trouble you’re awesome!!!

I’m so upset to be making this review. I normally come here as a regular. But that last experience has made me never want to come here again. I got my nails done a week ago. Within the week I lost 2 nails. The acrylic is lifting completely at the bed of my nails and holding by a thread at the tip of my nails. It was painful and it tore the tips of both nails due to the incorrect application of the acrylics. On top of this, the lady that was doing my nails was very aggressive and it felt unwelcoming. She made my cuticles burn.

A friend of mine took her daughter to get head spas and they enjoyed it so much she bought me one for my birthday. I went this evening and I can't agree more! It was so relaxing and the reflexology was amazing. Highly recommend!

I went here for the first time about a week and a half ago and I had the best pedicure massage ever! Everyone was really nice and I was very happy with how my nails and toes came out. They asked me more than one time if I was sure about the design and colors I wanted. I definitely left the salon very happy and will be coming back soon!

Tina did my nails exactly the way that I like I'm satisfied with her work. Would definitely recommend her.
