First time there. Really nice staff. I got the gel x. Smalls did a wonderful job. She was awsome and meticulous. She asked me questions about what length and shape I was comfortable with . I will definitely be going back.

Unfortunately this is not the glowing review I wanted to leave... I had a basic variety pedicure -natural nails cleaned up and a basic polish 💅🏻 Several things added up to a very disappointing experience... I suppose it was an off day as I have heard and read decent reviews both in person and online... ✅ First the booking was easy and the location was not hard to get to ✅ I was welcomed and everyone was friendly 🚧 The website and pricing is a bit confusing and it ended up costing more than I thought, that's not nessasarily anyone's fault, I could have asked but I thought I understood... so just ask before your service if you don't want to be surprised. Side note, It had been a few months since my last pedi, but I gave quite a generous tip (over 30%) for the extra work to clean and shape things up. 🫤 I waited a long time my appointment - the technician I was booked with was more that 15 minutes late, that happens sometimes, it was just one things among many.. ⚠️ By the time the polish was dry (I wore open sandals on to allow for complete drying) the polish bubbled really bad and looked terrible so I paid for color that I had to immediately take off once I got home after my errands. A new technician might make that, but I was of the understanding that I was paying for advanced skill level 🚩🤕 Within a few hours I had a toenail inflection that became quite painful and while I immediately provided clean up and antibiotic ointment it was painful for a couple days. This was the final and most concerning of my encounter 😔

I love when I walk in and Carson is at the desk to greet me. She's always friendly, greets me with a smile and knows me by name. I highly recommend Sidney and Girlfriends. My experiences with both Emily and Jo Ann have been great. They are both very talented. I also recommend Jocelyn at the Martinsville location.

Susan V is my amazing nail tech. She is very talented & cares about her work. Everything is always clean & sanitary. I show her my inspiration picture, and she does them even better! I highly recommend her!
