C'zar Salon Spa - Bolingbrook

I paid over $400 for a color service and left completely disappointed. During my consultation, I showed inspiration photos and discussed going back to a lighter, blended blonde look. I came in with about six months of grow-out; my ends were previously bleached blonde, and my top was my natural dark blonde. I wanted the top to blend and match the lighter blonde on the bottom. I booked the highest-level stylist available, expecting professional results. However, after drying my hair, the stylist mentioned that I “might need another appointment” to achieve the look — something that was never mentioned beforehand. That comment alone made it clear she knew the results did not match what we agreed on. My natural hair is a dark blonde, which usually lightens easily, so achieving a brighter blonde is never an issue. Within two washes, the toner completely faded, and my hair looked almost the same as before the appointment, except now uneven and brassy. I reached out to the salon, sent photos, and waited weeks for a response. In the end, I was refunded $72 “for the glaze portion”, even though the overall results fell far short of expectations. Very disappointed and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Liz is wonderful! She applied color to my gray and blended it to enhance the rest of my color. I love it, she took the time to explain the best options for my thinning hair problem. Lindsay was also great, she gave me an amazing shampoo and educated me on what hair products would help my hair. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, I really like how they greet the customers, offer refreshments, and really make you feel welcome! I highly recommend Czar salons, I’ve been to all 3 locations and have never been disappointed!

My first experience with Chona was superb! We connected immediate during our discussion of my massage needs. She had a plan for this session and exceeded my expectations and needs. After her service I felt excellent! The pain down my entire right arm and shoulder was relieved relaxed and I felt rejuvenated. I purchased an acupuncture package as I am open to a new experience.
