I got nail extensions done here last Thursday, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. There was almost no proper nail prep, and the technician over-filed my cuticle area to the point that my skin was broken and bleeding. She also tried to wipe the open wound with a dirty towel, which I had to stop. She apologized, so I tried to be understanding and continued the service. Several of the nail extensions were applied crooked. After I pointed it out, she only tried to file and reshape them instead of redoing the nails, even though they were visibly misaligned and couldn’t be fixed by filing. During my trip this Wednesday, one of the extensions completely popped off - so the nails only lasted seven days. Overall, the work quality was unprofessional and not up to basic standards. Honestly, the nails I do myself at home last longer and look better. I hope the salon can improve hygiene and technique for future clients.

The ladies at Simply Beautiful are simply the best! Professional, talented and fast! My son and I come every month for manicures and pedicures. They treat us excellent and we will always come back. Highly recommend!

i’ve been going here for years, it’s great! customer service is top notch and the nail art is always better than expected. i’ve also gotten my lashes done here too and i loved them. 10/10 would recommend

They burned off my nails with hot alcohol, after I said it was hurting made me continue. I asked them not to remove my tips and they ripped them off, they also refused to do my shape unless I added tips even though they ripped off my tips prior. Gaslighted me into thinking the color I chose from their pre selection menu didn't exist, but it was there and I had to point it to them multiple times, just to find out the color was missing, I then asked for white nails, but they insisted on a color that was "close enough" in their opinion. Safe to say I will never return and beware hot alcohol burns your hands. I've attached photos of my nails after they burned them off.

Love this place! Me, my mother, and my boyfriend all go here and it’s always super relaxing. From the nails to the facials they do it all and have pretty good pricing to. Rose usually does my nails and she is awesome! But honestly everybody there is awesome at what they do:)
