2025-11-14I recently got my nails done for an event, and honestly, the experience was really disappointing. Within just two days, the acrylic nails started lifting and coming off. I got them done by Tony, and he barely listened to what I wanted. I specifically asked for a short length, but he insisted on keeping them long and said it would “look good,” even though that’s not what I asked for. My friend came with me as well, and her experience wasn’t any better. She got French nails with tips, but the nail surface turned out bumpy and uneven instead of smooth and clean. Overall, not recommended at all — poor quality, lack of attention, and no consideration for customer preferences. I definitely won’t be going back.

2025-04-22Absolutely wonderful experience. I came a few days ago and wasn’t content with my fingernails. However, when they heard of this they did everything they could to make it up to me and they went above and beyond! I 100% understand because sometimes people just have off days, but to say I’m more than impressed by their customer service is an understatement. Both guy who did my pedicure last week and Jessica who did my nails today are so talented and kind. I will definitely be coming back to them for my wedding in a month. Highly recommend!! And ask for Jessica :D

2025-07-26Unfortunately, I had a recent bad experience due to excessive drilling. They hurt my cuticles so bad it’s been three days already and it hurts so much when doing house chores, even showering. All I wanted was a simple manicure, not sure what was the need to drill so much deep and fast. I have liked their service in the past, not sure what happened this time. It was the owner who did my hands, good guy just not paying attention this time.
