The absolute best ex I've ever had at a nail salon! My technician Mint, was friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. My first nail dip treatment, and I love the results!

Everyone makes mistakes but as a professional they should be the exception. Here’s my nightmare with this place. I asked for mirror-like nail polish and even showed a picture. What I came out with was nothing like the picture and a series of 10 mistakes that started with a shortened nail bc mistake #1 was nicking my nail while removing old nail polish. A bumpy look bc mistake #2 was using the wrong chrome base and rather than removing and starting from scratch Katia proceeded to lay the right base on top. So this lead to mistake #3, the nail polish was consequently not cured properly and when removing the whole thing at a different place, I discovered that what was in contact with my nail was all wet! I don’t even want to think what could have happened if I hadn’t removed it immediately right after. Mistake #4 happened from the beginning but she ignored me so it was at the end that she accepted there was no other way but to redo it. It was my nicked thumb nail that had developed a huge bubble on the side bc the nailpolish was not adhering, she said it was bc I wasn’t putting my hand the right way and she proceeded to teach me how to do so 🤬. The problem was that bc she used the wrong base it wasn’t curing properly!. Mistake #5 was when she fixed the right thumb, just with plain black gel, it ended with a minor bubble on top, so not even a basic gel manicure. Mistake #6 was due to painting onto my cuticles, which using a black base it’s quite obvious and unfixable. When I pointed that out she proceeded to file that away. So now one of my cuticles is bleeding and painful. Mistake #7 was one of my pinkies having so much extra nail polish on the sides that it looked like “wings”, the ones that little children make when painting nails unable to stay within the lines. Mistake #8 was leaving unchromed areas in my nails (as in thin lines and spots here and there). I was in such a state of shock that I wanted out and paid $54 for the butchering. When I managed to calm down enough to come back and request a refund, the manager tried to blame it on me (Mistake #9) bc I hadn’t had my cuticles done by them. After making him see how ridiculous of an argument that was, he said “refund is not an option”. When I requested it be redone, they said it had to be done by the same person, else they would have to charge me. When I said I didn’t want her near my nails again, he shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to explain how that was a problem for him bc then he need to pay the other person. I replied that I, the customer, don’t care how his logistics work but that as a paying customer I want my nails fixed by someone who knows what they are doing, he shrugged his shoulders, which was mistake #10 and to me, honestly, the one that broke the camel’s back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I, NOR MY DAUGHTER, SET FOOT HERE. See all pictures attached, it is clear which one I showed as a guide and which ones are the ones they did. No need for captions 🤣🤬

I had such a great experience here! The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I felt really taken care of from start to finish. Na is absolutely wonderful—she’s attentive, detail-oriented, and so kind. My nails came out beautifully, and I left feeling pampered. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Na! ❤️

Honestly not worth $60 for a basic acrylic full set. There's so many bumps and lints stuck in my nails and they don't really pay attention to details, like the edges of my nails aren't fully covered in acrylic/it's uneven + they didn't file off the excess under/around my free edge. I went home and filed it myself but I feel like I could've gotten better service around the corner for about the same price.

2nd visit review - so I have never experienced a nail chip with a powder over the nails service on my nails. The layer of nails he did was very thin hence might have caused it. I believe it’s not worth 60$ of service which chips within a week of fresh nails done. Plus he didn’t even cut my cuticles or shapes my nails properly. Not going here again. 1st visit review - I really liked the way the nail technician did my nails ( over the original nails - acrylic with gel paint ). Only he accidentally cut the side of my third finger which started bleeding 🩸 He said sorry about that, though he could be gentle. Other than that the nails were done pretty well.
