2025-10-04I have been on the hunt for a new nail salon in the Albany area and Sexy Nails did not disappoint! I was able to walk right in and the staff was lovely. Ms. Linda did a wonderful job!! She took her time and was very professional. We discussed price before starting so there was no last minute surprises at check out. I waited to post this review to see how the dip manicure held up and I am thrilled to say almost 3 weeks later there's been no cracking/annoying lifting of the dip. Really happy with how my nails turned out and will definitely be back!! I hope this spot sticks around!

2025-05-09I’m really disappointed with the service I received here Saturday May 3rd. I came in for a gel manicure expecting it to last at least a couple of weeks, but within FIVE days, the polish started chipping and peeling — which should not happen with gel. I take good care of my nails, so this clearly points to poor application or low-quality products. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and longevity.

2025-08-05I am a man, and on August 5, 2025 I had my very first pedicure… I was truly impressed with the service provided by “Sexy Nails”. They sat me in a chair and gave me a bottle of water. The nail tech turned on the massage machine in the chair that I was sitting in. She took her time (40) minutes, and I enjoyed every second of it! I will definitely be going back again!

2024-12-24I won’t be returning to this nail salon because I feel they overcharged me for a service that didn’t meet my expectations at all. I ended up bleeding from three nails and was only given a Band-Aid at the end of my appointment. I go to a nail salon to enjoy the experience, not to leave injured or in pain. I pointed out my bruises and bleeding to the staff, but there was no acknowledgment or adjustment made to my bill, which showed a lack of care for the quality of their work and the well-being of their clients. This salon has a lot to improve in terms of customer service. I get my nails done regularly, and I can’t recommend this place to others based on my experience. P.S. my nails are supposed to be coffin shaped with an ombre effect. This work was horrible.
