I visited Spa Nails on 12/03/2025 for a pedicure, and I was honestly blown away by the experience. I’m usually very hesitant about trying new places because my feet are sensitive, and not everyone takes the time to be gentle—even when I explain it. But Annie was amazing! She listened, handled my feet with extra care, and made me feel completely comfortable. The customer service was exceptional, and to top it off, they even surprised me with a free holiday gift. This was my first time visiting, and it turned out to be the best first-time nail shop experience I’ve ever had. I will most definitely be going back!

This has been the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon they took their time with me, I felt so relaxed . The foot massage is wonderful they both worked on me at the same time. One did my feet, while the other did my nails. Im sure this will be my new place to go for my nails. I give them a 10

Customer service is great! They will rush when they get busy and nails will look rushed. I told them I didn’t want gel and they put gel on my nails anyway. Gel can’t even last me a day without chipping off! I had to go back to get my nails touched up the every next day because my nails were chipping off. I would not be going again.
