Angel Nails

NEVER AGAIN.!! i went in & there was nobody there around 1pm..that should have been my first sign. i wanted medium coffin nude ombré ($75) and i ended up w/ long square pink ombre. the process was rushed & rough. by 7 pm, 8 of my 10 nails were lifting up! i went the next day to get them fixed & waited over an hour & told them id be back at open the next day because i had to go. as i was walking out, somebody rushed up to me w/ a tube of glue & started spreading it on. yeah, that lasted all of 2 hours & they were lifting back up again. they wouldn’t fix them nor did i actually want them to. didn’t even offer a gift certificate for a future visit or anything. i will never go back there. also overfiled my nail beds & they’re still sore almost 2 weeks later. i never should have cheated on my nail tech because they were busy.

First time going!!! The atmosphere is decent but the job they did wasn’t what I wanted exactly and the lady who did my nails was super fast approximately 30 minutes. I never received such a quick appointment. The women who did my nails at the front desk didn’t have a very good attitude. Seemed very annoyed and got the vibe she wasn’t the most wanting or willing to do my nails. The job she did majority of my nails were uneven, sized , or uncolored matched right. I showed a picture of exact nails I wanted and didn’t give me enough options to choose from. My nail polish on some fingers were patchy and uneven. Under my nails after applying the acrylic’s she never filed them underneath so my nails are sharp in some areas. This place seems to be overpriced. I got a simple green nail design and got charged $65.00. I wouldn’t recommend going to this nail salon and I will not be returning. Way too quick of a job that wasn’t done sufficiently enough for the price. Definitely better nail salons out there in the area to get what you pay for. Most certainly a disappointment.

I have super sensitive feet, and I always get nervous about pedicures, but they were SO gentle here🤍. No pain, no rough handling-just a smooth, relaxing experience. My toes look amazing, and my feet feel so soft. Definitely my new favorite spot!

I moved to Albany from San Diego a year ago and had been going to this place since. I always get a French tip pedicure, and sometimes add designs. For starters, the prices are ridiculous. Every time I go, I pay anywhere from $95-$110, which is more than I was paying in San Diego. I had never complained about the price since I typically like their work, and it lasts me about a month. However the last time I went I had an altercation with the manager. I was getting a pedicure, and asked to get a French tip gel manicure. She told me my nails were too short for French tip, which was understandable so I asked for a nude polish all over instead. She then told the employee what she was going to do on my nails. About a few coats in, the employee began doing a French tip on my nails, I didn’t stop her because it was what I wanted in the first place. As the employee had almost completed my left hand the manger walks by and aggressively shouts AT ME, “no I told you your nails were too short for French tip” to which I calmly replied “she’s already doing it I have no problem with her finishing it” she replied in the same tone “no, it’s going to be more money and I already told you a price” to which I replied “I don’t have an issue paying for it”. She just once again said no, then told the employee something in another language, after which the employee said sorry to me and began removing the French tip. The managers attitude was extremely unprofessional, I was a paying customer who was not at fault for her failing to communicate with her employees. I would like to add that every other employee has always been very polite. However it is due to the manager/owner’s bad attitude that I have chosen to not return. From reading other reviews I can see that I’m not the only customer that has had a bad experience with her. I really don’t recommend this place, the high prices and bad attitudes are not something anyone should have to put up with.
