I should have listened to the reviews. This was by far one of the worst pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. I asked for a very simple black French tip with regular polish, and somehow that turned into a confusing ordeal. The tech insisted on using gel, even after I repeatedly clarified I wanted regular polish. He actually said, “You think I don’t know?”—yet still used gel. I usually do get gel, but I have another pedi scheduled next week, so I specifically didn’t want it this time. The end result? I could’ve done a better job myself at home. It was a Saturday with only four people working, and every walk-in was told there was a 1.5+ hour wait—even though only two people were getting pedicures and one was getting her nails done. Even the woman with an appointment had to wait! The whole vibe felt slow and disorganized. I'm not high-maintenance when it comes to nails. I ask for simple things. But apparently, a basic French tip is too much to ask for here. I honestly felt like I should just pay for his time and redo my feet at home. This place is outdated, slow, and the service is frustrating. Even the damn nail tech said they look bad! Do yourself a favor—don’t come here!! I literally considered moving to another city just for better options.😢😒😒 What I wanted vs what I got:

What I wanted vs what I got they slacked off over the years this isn’t worth the price no one seems to not know how to do designs I didnt have an issue last time . Only thing good was the lady who did my toes I wish someone else that o was used to seeing in there gave me the design instead. The nail polish shouldn’t be all over my fingers nor seeping into my cuticles from where it’s filed at .I have a trip to go to this weekend im pissed ! When someone ask who did my nails with disgust I will def say ledo nails .

The owners are always so welcoming and they always speak when I come in. They take care of me here. I have been coming here for 10+ years for eye brows, and anytime I need my nails done I come here. I will always choose Ledo Nails & Spa 💖

People go to get their nails and feet done to feel better about themselves. Last time I went Scott made me feel uncomfortable. I made the mistake of going back. This time I used an interpretation app and had my earbud in and they talked so bad about customers. I thought Helen was better than that but she’s not. The owner included. And my nails are horrible. I ran out in tears. They use to be good but I see why the turnover is so high. The way they talked about folks they could push someone to kill themselves. Horrible.

This is the most terrible day ever .. I will never go back to this place. First of all the customer service is ghetto and very unprofessional. Second I asked for my toe nails to be cut down this lady used an nail filer to file them down and I asked for them to be cut down. Lord help me I asked for my ingrown nail on the big toes only to be removed she states she didn't know how to do that and the guy next to her said he would do it... Did not change his gloves or anything .. keep in mind she did not open an new kit up to start my pedicure at all. She did not have all the equipment to do my pedicure at all and plus she talked to the guy beside her more than doing my feet. At this point I didn't want any polish cause he was messing the lady polish up on her toes.. and she messing up my feet why would I want the polish I don't want the gel or the top coat I'll rather leave and pay you for playing in water with my feet. That's what I did...also then when I'm paying she had the nerve to ask was there something wrong ma'am please go the a corner and count the tiles. And I left if I could give a negative star that would be my rating .. never again and I do not recommend this place at all.
