The owner of this salon is the absolute worst‼️ I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been coming to Diamond Nail Salon for bonding time with my daughter, but after my recent experience, we will never be back. I called ahead to make sure my favorite nail tech, Ms. Kim, was available. She kindly told me to come in right away. Upon arrival, my daughter and I were seated together, but her feet weren’t in the water yet. When I politely asked why my daughter wasn’t being helped, the owner, Jimmy, rudely hollered at me, saying, “Kim only has two hands!” He even had the audacity to suggest my daughter should be waiting up front, as if it was a favor for her to sit next to me. This is supposed to be a relaxing, bonding experience, but Jimmy’s unprofessional and disrespectful behavior ruined it. Clearly, he has anger management issues or just doesn’t respect women. Either way, this is no way to treat loyal customers. I truly hope Ms. Kim can find a better place to work, because she deserves so much better than this toxic environment. Avoid this salon at all costs!

I was highly recommended to use Jimmy at this nail salon. I asked first and American manicure which looks like French but light tip….my nails ARE LIGHT WHITE!!! when I realized this was not what he was doing, he argued saying that the all off white is what I wanted. an employee even said he misunderstood …also I initially asked for dipped nails he said they did not do then later said in middle of soaking my nails said if I could wait his wife could do dip nails??? I don’t think it was a bad place, but I paid for Jimmy’s misunderstanding & he didn’t offer discount or yo make right which is a very bad business practice! customers, make sure JIMMY CAN UNDERSTAND WHST YOU WANT! I should have refused to pay! $52 & have to have these ugly nails redone! I am so upset at just his unprofessional manner when even an employee told him I said what I wanted done.

I walked into Diamond Nails with a terrible set of acrylics that someone else had done. Jimmy was so friendly and patient while trying to get the acrylic off to replace them with a new set. The experience was amazing and my nails are top notch! I will definitely be back for regular services.

Went in to get just a gel polish color change for my toes and nails on Friday (12/29)… With multiple calm & polite prompts, “TK”(?) finally did a pretty good job on my toes. My nails looked ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, even after multiple calm & polite prompts but I did not have much more time to spend in the nail shop so I let it be and was over charged I’m sure totaling $80, but Jimmy deducted $5 dollars since I was “new” so I paid $75. I went back in today (12/30) for them to correct the horrible job that was done on my nails. Patiently waiting, “TK” finally called me to her and asked what the problem was.. as I’m calmly explaining to her/showing her the bubbles in my nails, smudges, nails not fully polished and polish on my skin, etc. Jimmy walks up and asked what the problem was.. I explained to him the same thing & both of them acted as if they didn’t see what I was talking about. Jimmy asked Kimmie did she see the problem & she did. Jimmy responded very aggressively and rudely (prompting my friend that was with me to walk up from the waiting area) “Kimmie fix your nail, after today I don’t want to deal with you ever again” I responded, “I can take a refund & you won’t have to deal with me now” Jimmy responded “I soak your nail then give you refund or call police for refund” “you want refund, call cops” 🤣 .. then of course he started talking in his language. Long story short Jimmy was very rude, disrespectful, & had horrible customer service but thank you so much to Kimmie for redoing my nails CORRECTLY for me & not rushing like “TK” (?). And you need to put some prices up in there & stop charging folks what you want to charge them. Let folks see what they paying for.
