2025-12-12I went to the salon earlier this week- and after I got home- I noticed my right side of head- was longer and uneven. Granted I got an inverted bob- and have fine light strawberry blonde hair—- but was concerned that it needed to be fixed. I called the salon and got in right away for a re-cut- and was so impressed by the way they handled it. The senior stylist oversaw the recut and another stylist was assisting. The salon is welcoming, and has beautiful purses, and gifts/decorations. A woman’s haircut , especially when you are going somewhere for the first time- is an intimate experience. I give them 5 stars for the way they handled the re-cut- and that I now have a new salon. Thank you!

The customer service is excellent from the moment you call to book an appointment (special shoutout to the helpful receptionist who worked around my tricky schedule to fit me in!). The salon has a great vibe, the decor is very pretty, everyone is friendly, and they offer drinks upon arrival! My stylist, Tricia is fantastic! She's a true expert in hair color and always takes her time to consult with me on the best options for my hair. Once again she perfectly executed the look I wanted. Highly recommend!
