love this nail salon! i can always walk right in. this time i wanted a specific design for christmas and she did an excellent job! the massage was amazing, my feet are so soft & smoothe. i even got a free gift at the end! i’ll be back in a couple of weeks (:

My mom, Alison and I went to the salon today! We had an amazing experience! Lily gave me a fantastic French tip pedicure and Tracy did a beautiful French tip manicure!! They were so detailed and everything looks beautiful! Tracy was great and listened to my requests as I was doing a wedding nail trail! Thank you so much!

I had an appointment on Saturday with Genney for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. While everyone at the salon was friendly, the service itself felt rushed and careless. I left with leftover polish on my toes, and the gel manicure was thick, bubbly, and poorly applied — the polish bled into my cuticles and looked messy overall. I specifically booked with Genney based on reviews praising her attention to detail and nail designs, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. As a first-time customer, I received a link to leave a review, which I used to leave a 1-star rating due to how dissatisfied I was. A few hours later, a manager called and invited me back to “make things right,” offering to redo the service herself. I appreciated the gesture and agreed, hoping for a better experience. However, when I returned, the manager apologized but then passed me off to another technician instead of doing the work herself as promised. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Again, I left with nails I wasn’t happy with, and I honestly regretted spending even more time trying to fix what should have been done right the first time. The manager did a polish change on my toes and gave me lotion and a 15% off card for next time. She also said if I was still unhappy, I could come back again (a third time) so she could "properly take care of me." Frankly, I thought that was the point of this second visit, and I’m not willing to go through the hassle a third time. While I respect that the manager attempted to make it right, the experience from start to finish was frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others.
