The Nail Spa College Parkway

This was my 1st time here. I brought my granddaughter and they did a wonderful job on her deluxe pedicure and nails! No rushing, had a nice mocktail while we waited. Great service and price! Kaylee did is sweet, personable and attentive. We will definitely be back here for pedicures (My husband and I) :)

The service was okay, everyone was pretty friendly and the place was very clean. My only problem was that it was my first time ever getting my nails done the gentleman doing my nails didn’t do a good job. The acrylic was thick and each finger uneven. He didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and granted I could have said something, that was my fault and I was nervous, but the results weren’t up to par. I wanted something special for my birthday and it was mediocre at best.

This was the Manicure I have ever had. I normally don’t share bad things. The gentleman never used warm water to soak hand never cleaned with a brush. The pedicure was even worse he didn’t file my toe nail even! I had a full manicure and pedicure in 30 minutes???

The lack of customer service is horrendous! Just came there today and had a nail tech that had no consideration. For starters I wanted my nails medium size and she ended up giving me short nails and I told her absolutely not….i told her I want medium nails…..she then proceeded to tell me that her manager would be taking care of me because she won’t have time and has a upcoming appointment ?? I was very confused because why would you take me in the first place knowing it takes an hour to get a full set done…..she refused to do my nails because she would need to start all over since it wasn’t a medium seat that I asked her….the nail tech kept going back and fourth with me….just a total mess and inconvenience for me…she could’ve been honest with me and not lie about not having enough time to take care of me…..the manager didn’t make things better because she was siding with the employee about her schedule appointment… the manager ended up doing my nails but I did not leave satisfied. The cost was 95!!! Overpriced, secondly the inspo picture I provided looked nothing like what I wanted. This establishment needs to take accountability and be more transparent with the costumer !

Just did their Hair Spa, OMG this was the absolute best experience!! I have never had a head spa experience before and was nervous, but the woman explained everything so well and was absolutely AMAZING! 100% would recommend and will be going back for another session!
