Blossom nail lounge Parrish

I am completely upset and disappointed with my recent experiences at Blossom Nails. I began coming here in September and have visited consistently every 2–3 weeks. My first two visits were amazing, which is why I continued returning. Unfortunately, my last three visits have been unacceptable. During the first bad experience, my dip nails began chipping after only one week. The second time, while the dip lasted, it was applied so thick that the nails looked terrible. Despite this, I decided to give the salon another chance, hoping for improvement. This most recent visit was by far the worst. While removing my dip, the technician broke my natural nail. After I clearly explained that I wanted a tip applied to replace the nail he broke, he proceeded to cut off the rest of my natural nails on the same hand without my consent. He was rough, rushed through the service, and did not listen to my requests. I left the salon with one hand extremely short, looking like bitten nails, and the other hand longer but with poorly done dip. The technician appeared inexperienced, did not have a permanent station, and clearly needs additional training. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a returning customer. I am terribly disappointed, and this situation needs to be addressed. No customer should leave feeling this upset after a service. Important to note, Tom is one of the best nail techs there. I should have gone to the one person that did my nails so perfect the first time. Sadly I’m so disappointed with my last visit, not sure if I will go back.

K is where it is at! I have been getting my nails done for a few years now and have gone to several different salons trying to find “my” stylist. I had been to blossom a few times and all of there stylists are pretty good but last time I went I had full intentions of getting them removed because my nail bed broke! But… K helped me get that fixed, told me things other stylists had never told me, made my nails look amazing, all while helping me with my little sister. Safe to say K is now my stylist. Give him a try!

I just adore Tom !! He did my dip powder so good and my nails weren’t chunky or wide!! They look so natural and shaped to my hands very well. My pedicure was amazing as well. Very sweet spirited and efficient worker! Thank you Tom so much. I will come see you again when I come visit my parents.

Emily did my nailsss! She’s very good at what she does, if you’re looking for someone who does good acrylic, I recommend her. She’s good at designs as well, plus she’s sooo nice !! 💕

I have been going to Joyce for over a year and I can not say enough good things about her. She always provides really high quality work when doing my nails. She is sweet and personable and I really enjoy the time we spend together every couple of weeks.
