This nail salon is amazing The staff is friendly skilled and my nails always come out perfect The massage service is so relaxing it’s the perfect self care treat Clean cozy and worth every visit!!

this place gets 5 stars even though I did not get services here. Got coffee & scone at the business next door (which denied me restroom use. As a woman 9 months pregnant in summer—Dagmar’s. Do not recommend that business) However, the staff at Villa could not have been nicer about letting me use their restroom. If I lived closer this place would definitely get my business!

I took my mother-in-law to this place for a birthday pedicure (additional information: I am dealing with postpartum issues). The skin on my feet is peeling due to the hormonal changes. All I needed was somebody to just gently remove the excess skin. I would do it myself, but due to my c-section scar, it's very hard for me to do it. I told the staff from the beginning that I was going to pay for the service, since it was a gift for my mother-in-law. Everywhere in the salon said tips were voluntary. They proceeded to take her away to dry her, adding additional charges: magical nail polish (which, after 20 minutes under the fan, got immediately ruined while leaving the salon), and demanded a tip from her. Then it was my turn to dry my same extra charges, magical nail polish under the fan (that also got ruined after 20 minutes under the fan). It is at this time when I take a look at my feet, and they look exactly as I came in. They didn't even touch my big toe. I proceed to pay and ask my mother-in-law to go to the car and change my baby's diaper. The staff once again chases after her and demands a tip from the person who took care of me. I intentionally did not leave a tip so that person would come back and request it directly from me, after I had taken a look at my feet. After I repeatedly said over and over that I was the patron paying for the service and to please not bother her, since it was her birthday gift, they proceeded to harass my mother-in-law, not once but twice, requesting tip payments. Knowing them, well, they did not do a very good job on me, and I was probably going to highlight that to them. So they just completely ignored me and took advantage of the physical distance to prevent our communication regarding payment. Once I went to the car and talk to my mother in law. I came back to the salon to tell then how uncomfortable I was. They said, tha for my services, if I wanted them to actually do something on my feet, I will have to come back 3 more times. And about my mother, in law's harassment, it is what it is. Tolat charges $107 for 2 spa pedicures and additional charge nail polish. Plus $28 in tips. If you want to treat somebody else to a nice pedicure, or manicure, do not come to this place. they will take advantage of the fact that you are two separate people, and you are not telepatically connected to take advantage of you, and deman additional payment.

Villa is the best nail salon on the shoreline. I love coming here. Best pedicures. The salon is always bright & clean. The nail techs are friendly!!! I love Leo & Jessie! Here are some beautiful nails they’ve done for me.

Fastest manicure I have ever received and it was $40… I will not be coming back. The nail polish is all patchy and cuticles aren’t done.
