I got injured while doing a pedicure, the person was such a sweet, accidentally cut my skin, and she still took care of me, but lovely kind very flattering nails. My toe is still stinging. It’s very pricey. Very finessing vibes. I would have given this a five star review if it wasn’t for the incident and at least offer some sort of discount or something for next time.

It was my first time. I was a walk-in, they took me in right away. The atmosphere is clean and modern. I was tired of my previous nail spa which had old dusty chairs and had raised their prices. Decided to try this place. I got the CBD pedicure (which I’ve never heard of before), it was relaxing and my pedicure turned out great. I will definitely be coming back.

Never had a bad experience at this place. My husband and I go frequently and he loves how clean and fresh his feet are after. I have the same experience and have had excellent results with both regular polish and the gel applications. We always get the Zan pedicure and love the massage/hot wax/hot stone! So happy to have found a consistently good salon. Special thanks to Kim! She’s fantastic!

I came in for a CBD manicure and pedicure, and I have to say—the treatment itself was phenomenal. The products used were soothing, and the massage portion was excellent. That said, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The nail technicians didn’t seem very experienced. The polish application was uneven, full of bubbles, and clearly done with old polish that should’ve been replaced long ago. Despite their best efforts, the staff seemed to lack basic knowledge of proper nail painting techniques, which made the results disappointing. When having a manicure and pedicure you are not offered options and it appears the standard practice is to do the two services at the same time, which makes it uncomfortable and awkward. The setup wasn’t conducive to a relaxing experience, and it felt rushed and poorly coordinated. The manicure and pedicure will not last more than 2 days. The photos are leas than 24 hours after. Communication was also a struggle. As mentioned in many other reviews, the staff’s English is extremely limited, which made it difficult to ask questions or communicate preferences. While I always respect language differences, there needs to be at least one team member available to help bridge that gap for customer comfort. On the plus side, the space is clean and well-kept. But ultimately, cleanliness can only go so far when the technical skills just aren’t there. This felt more like a rushed attempt than a professional service, and I left wishing I’d spent my money elsewhere.

I took my husband for his first pedicure today. He had Kim. She was very friendly and cute. He said it felt very good. He especially liked the sugar scrub and lotions. Everything was clean. I didn’t get one at that time, but will definitely go back to get one. It was our first time at this nail salon.
